tsp baking powder

cup powdered sugar

tbsp milk

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp salted butter

tsp ground nutmeg

tsp cinnamon

tsp ground ginger

cup granulated sugar

tbsp maple syrup

cup all purpose flour

cup light-brown sugar

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray your doughnut pan with baking spray. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Set aside. 3. Melt the butter on the stove and let it cool for five minutes. 4. In another bowl, mix the melted butter with granulated sugar and light brown sugar until fluffy. 5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing between each addition. 6. Add the vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and pumpkin puree and blend well. 7. Slowly add the wet mixture to the flour mixture and combine thoroughly. 8. Using a piping bag or zip loc bag, fill the doughnut pan with the doughnut mixture. 9. Bake the doughnuts at 350°F for 14 minutes. 10. While the doughnuts are baking, prepare the maple glaze by mixing powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk. 11. Once the doughnuts are done, let them cool slightly and dip them into the maple glaze. 12. Enjoy your fall treat!
