cup granulated sugar

tsp baking powder

cup sour cream

tbsp almond milk

tsp salt

cup powdered sugar

cup unsalted butter

tbsp lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In your mixer, add the sour cream, sugar, and butter. Mix thoroughly. 3. Slowly add in one egg at a time and mix everything together. 4. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix until fully combined. 5. Pour the loaf mix into a loaf pan prepared with baking spray and parchment paper. 6. Bake for 55 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if done. Cool for 10 minutes before glazing. 7. Prepare the glaze by combining powdered sugar, almond milk, and lemon juice. Pour over the cooled loaf. Cut and enjoy!
